We would like The Book Stop to be more than simply a place to buy books. We value it as a welcoming space for readers, browsers, conversation and discovery in the heart of Brigg.

Whether you are searching for your next favourite novel, looking for a thoughtful gift or simply wanting somewhere calm to spend a little time, you will always be very welcome here.

In a busy world, we believe reading matters more than ever. We hope The Book Stop will encourage people to slow down and rediscover the pleasure of getting lost in a good book. At The Book Stop, we are firm believers in making time to read!

We are excitedly planning our community events and hope that young, old and everyone in between will get involved in our activities. These will include:

• children’s activities and story sessions
• local collaborations
• seasonal displays
• staff and reader recommendations
• community projects celebrating books and reading

As most of you will know, The Book Stop is based in the former home of The Rabbit Hole. Many readers in Brigg, including us, have very happy memories of the wonderful space Nick and Mel created there over the years. We would like to wish them every success for the future.
